All roles are at the South Congress shop. We pay every Friday.
You will run the bar on the morning or afternoon shift: espresso, pour-over, and keeping the room feeling looked after.
You will
- Pull shots and steam milk to our spec
- Run the pour-over station
- Check on tables and clear cups
- Open or close the bar
You have
- 6+ months café experience, or a lot of enthusiasm
- Weekend availability
- TABC/food handler card (we can help)
You will own the floor during your shift — people, pace and problems — while still spending most of your time on bar.
You will
- Lead a crew of 3–5
- Handle cash, opens and closes
- Dial in espresso with the roaster
- Train new baristas
You have
- 1+ year barista experience
- Some leadership experience
- Calm under a Saturday rush
Start at 4am with Priya, bake the case, and be done by noon. Sticky rolls, kolaches, biscuits and a rotating seasonal bake.

- Laminate, proof and bake daily
- Prep for the next morning
- Keep the kitchen spotless
You have
- Professional baking experience
- Comfortable with early starts
- Food handler card
The person who keeps the whole weekend from falling over. Dishes, floor, patio, and the occasional record flip.

- Restock the bar

- Saturday and Sunday availability
